In what was suppose to be a bonus episode for the hit release of Christopher Nolan's movie, Oppenheimer, Ed and Kara took a deep dive into J. Robert Oppenheimer's life and the various events that brought him up to the infamous Manhattan Project. In this episode, everyone gets to look into what made Oppenheimer such a genius as well as a good leader, but more importantly, we get to learn how to make a seemingly innocuous research paper entitled in such a way that it seems absolutely fascinating.
Ultimately, you will get some visibility into how the atomic bomb worked; why there was so much desire to unlock the power of the atom; and why it's a bad idea to have a brother, sister in law, a girlfriend, and a land lady all be card carrying communists at the same time...
Join our intrepid nerds in what they had originally intended to be a bonus episode to be be released on the same day as the movie as they fail to even get that part right. What was intended to be a bonus episode in between normal bi-weekly episodes, has turned out to be just a normal episode.
